The baggage could be of any hurt that you carrying on your past experiences from your childhood, your family, your teacher, friend or a relationship or of a stranger who behaved in a way that didn’t resonate with your soul.
Life is a journey and many experiences that we accumulate good or bad has a reason for us learn something significant so that we can outgrow our limitations and achieve the profound meaning of the purpose of life.
It will unfold many lessons; new and unexpected. All you need to do is to learn from those lessons and not cling to the stories, you need to keep going, releasing your emotions on the way to be more in the present moment and let life be.
These lessons of your past are not your scars but the depth of your inner self that strives to liberate and be boundless. Learn, unlearn and relearn on your forward journey with a hope of a better future, living mindfully every moment in the present.
Past is Over. Release the Hurt.
No matter how much you were hurt and the pain you still holding to. But clinging to those wounds would not let you grow. Past is over, present is beautiful and future is what you will manifest.
Drop the baggage. Release your hurts. Forgive the people who were the cause and embrace the ones who are there with you to hold you, to show you the path.
Every wound that you experienced has a reason. It was a consequence of your past karmic accounts. You need to let them go by forgiving them and release that pain to liberate yourself from that karmic connection and set yourself free to embrace the better life waiting for you.
“Holding on is believing that there’s a past; letting go is knowing that there’s a future.”
Take This Moment To Forgive Them
Just sit with yourself and bring those moments, or connections which still holding on to you as pains and wounds. Set those thoughts and connections free, forgive them and ask them that we settle this account with each other now. Let’s be free of each other and in this life or any lives that we touched, whatever hurts we caused each other. Let’s forgive and let go each other of this karmic connection.
When you will do this you will feel light, and relieved. Keep on practicing this till the hurt and pain vanishes and you feel the power of your manifestations coming true.
“In the process of letting go you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself.”
