The Power of Creating Thoughts to Reflect Reality!
Reflect the true mind, emotions and actions by creating the right thoughts!
Our mind is very powerful but we spend very little time reflecting on the way we think.
The way we think creates our reality. Our thoughts are catalyst to how we feel and behave.
We are not honest with ourselves, and we blame others for our unhappiness in life. We build relationships on dishonesty and fake emotions to keep up with them and then feel isolated within and blame the outer world for our pains and sadness.
We so many times, transact our thoughts and actions in day to day relationships with friends, family, relatives, colleagues on different levels. We truly don’t think that are thoughts and our actions are complete mismatch in our dealings. We have created a fake world around for our own misery.
We say so many superficial things on face value but deep inside we are thinking so much different from what we are reflecting.
Like we greet unexpected guests with so much smile but deep inside we feel that they have just barged in our time and space.
These conflict of thoughts and actions are multiplied in different spheres of our day to day relationships with others. We don’t realize but these thoughts even if not said in words travel through us as vibrations to others. That is why many a times people say very comforting things to us but still we don’t feel comfortable with them.
In this vicious cycle of repeated circumstances we falsely assume that our fake thoughts and emotions can make us successful with relationships/people/circumstances but we don’t realize this is the root cause of our misery which is building unsubstantial ecosystem around us leaving us all the more isolated and empty from inside.
To bring balance and harmony in relationships, we need to start thinking deep inside. Create the right thoughts there to create our belief system and thus our actions.
We need to be responsible for our thoughts and act justly. When we don’t feel what we are saying, we should honestly start communicating those in our actions without sending wrong vibrations. Many a times we want to say what our heart feels but still our actions speaks a different language.
We need to be in sync with our thoughts, emotions and actions to be in harmony!
This is a conscious effort which one needs to take to be happy. Remind yourself everyday, that your thoughts would be the intent of your actions and so you would think wisely to act wisely.
Creating the right thoughts, will directly influence how we feel. Our feelings will directly influence how our body will react and our body reactions will define our behavior and our experiences in life.
Get the inside right, and see your thoughts getting empowered. You will be boosted with new confidence. You will experience more positive emotional state which will be reflected truly in your actions in the outer world.
Building strong foundations and honest relationships needs commitment and creating right thoughts to nurture the true essence of a relationship.
