Why I Am Attracting The Same Kind Of People That Hurt Me
What we attract, is the reflection of ourselves. Our subconscious mind keeps attracting the same kind of pattern based on our unresolved emotions and the painful experiences which we still carry in ourselves.
Drop Your Baggage
Your emotional baggage keeps holding you back to grow out of the limited scope of life. Your limiting beliefs, perceptions, and goals are pegged deep inside in your unresolved feelings that keep attracting the same kind of people that you don’t want in life.
The problem is not in the people who are touching your lives and leaving you unfulfilled. The problem is you are not freeing yourself from the hurts and wounds that have made you a slave of depending on people one after the other. You have not resolved your past scars and again you are ready to jump into a new relationship without giving it closure.
You need to drop off your baggage. You need to heal your past wounds and pains. You need to give yourself some time and self-actualization to release those bad experiences. You need to sit with yourself and understand your being. You need to invest time in self-talk and self-love and become complete in yourself then seek someone to complete you.
You Are Complete
You were born complete. Society conditioned you to the belief system that something outside of you and your being can complete you. This misled conditioning leads you to a life where you never found anyone who can actually complete you. And this frustration kept you cycling into one relationship after the other to find your peace.
When you will learn to spend time with yourself, you will get the time to release your pains and wounds. This self-time will liberate you to be more wholesome and complete in your existence. You will learn to overcome your weaknesses and develop a self-fighting mechanism to create your sustainability.
This liberation will give you the power to embrace only what is meaningful and that adds value to your depth and gives purpose to your existence.
Self Realization
When you are what you truly are, your inner emptiness and fear fade away. You drop the pretense and you embrace life as is. This self-realization takes you to a new horizon of experiencing fulfillment and relatedness.

To Relate Is One Of The Greatest Things Of Life
Osho once said, “To relate means to love, to relate means to share”
What he meant was before you can share, or love, you need to complete yourself. You must be full of love so that you can usher that love on others.
He beautifully said; “two seeds cannot relate, they are closed. Two flowers can relate; they are open, and they can send their fragrances to each other.”
The context of this excerpt is that you need to open up with yourself, you need to love yourself first, you need to be completely yourself then only you can forge a complete relationship with others.
With your emotional baggage, you yourself are deprived and devoured of love that your vibrations attract the same kind of frequency. You attract incompleteness and unrelatedness that always keeps you unfulfilled and leaves you with emptiness deep inside.
You are born as a seed but have the potential to become a full bloom flower. It’s your choice to be a potential or become a possibility.
Make Your Choice
Whether you grow or you don’t. It is your choice. Every choice bears a consequence and every consequence is the destiny you define for yourself. If you are tired of the pattern and the quality of people that shape your destiny, then it’s time for self-realization.
Break the pattern. Define your path, set your goals, find your true purpose of existence, and don’t limit yourself to blaming others. Take charge of your life. Live life what you truly desire. Change your thoughts, to change your reality. Take Action.
The law of attraction states that what a person focuses on is what you attract in life. Therefore, choose your thoughts wisely both consciously and subconsciously.

What I Seek is What I Attract
Become mindful, spend time with yourself, do some self-talk, and understand what exactly you are looking for in life. Rather than seeking comfort outside, seek within you. Know your existence and understand your true purpose to break free from the same pattern of life that keeps reflecting back to you.
