The World of an Alone (Introvert)
The World of an Alone(Introvert)
Introversion is one of the major personality traits identified in many theories of personality.
People who are introverted tend to be inward turning, or focused more on internal thoughts, feelings and moods rather than seeking out external stimulation.
At times, rhetorically I wonder what’s wrong being alone in your world and be introspective than being out there gaining stimulation from social interaction and drain your energy.
Yes I like being alone not loner though! I like my space, I don’t like going to parties, or working on big teams, or being the center of attention always.
I prefer to stay in, work alone, be creative and enjoy my time than to be superficially escaping out in social space and draining my energies out with aliens.
Yes I am coined as an introvert. And I am sure who is reading through this is either keen to explore the introvert-ism or is an introvert oneself. I find there is absolutely no problem being with yourself in your own space. I feel its the best time spent in your own company.
Introvert is not an Anti-social
Nevertheless, it doesn’t imply that I am an anti social, or who doesn’t like to hang out with friends or is not interested to party at all. I like being center of attention sometimes. Being “turned on” and in social mode is fun for me, when I am among like minded people, but I like it in my limited shots.
When I party, I purposefully set time for my involvement based on my interest of the people I want to hang around and I leave my calendar empty the next day because I know I’ll need my rest and recovery.
A Team Player
As a team player, don’t assume me to brainstorm- I won’t come up with anything brilliant but just leave me alone to think awhile, you might be surprised at what I accomplish.
Spending Time Together
If you want to spend time with me, you need to invite me to a comfortable setup to hangout where we can spend quality time, we can talk and stimulate our minds with some interesting conversations.
I get value from my association with you by getting to know you better than just being around for formal talks with no direction and meaningless chitchat which is just a waste of time and energy.
Being Alone, is a useful life skill.
It helps you to process your thoughts carefully, you are in your control, and you conduct yourself much better and add enormous value to your life.
13 Rules for Being Alone and Being Happy About It!
- You are much better all by yourself! You don’t need approvals of anyone. It really is a choice that you make for yourself.
The Power of Choices Define Our Journey! - You can process your emotions better without being judged and you truly would not need anyone’s opinion to justify your decisions.
- You become a good observer, and look at ordinary situations in new and unfamiliar ways. Makes you more adaptable, open to people and situations around.
- In this busy world, simply sitting alone and enjoying your company is the best rejuvenation therapy.
- You are well connected to your inner voice. Most of the people are so engaged in their daily shit that they either don’ recognize or just easily ignore this voice in the clutter of too much happening around them. This voice is a self-realization of your inner strengths and your abilities to face challenges in Life.
- Being alone gives you the choice to connect with right people at the right time. This helps to shape up the best of you.
- At times being alone makes you fall into a pattern, a monotony. It’s easy to feel stagnate, or feel worthless. But take this as your time to recharge your energy. Make a conscious effort to pull yourself out, go collaborate, meet friends, do something new, challenge yourself and feel good again with new infused energy in you.
- Being alone gives you clarity and right perspective about life. Helps you to define your goals and plan your directions to move in life.
- You are the only limit to your own potential being alone. It gives you the leverage to be at your best, create something new and be driven passionately and adding meaning to your life.
- Getting used to do things alone, trust me is the best fun. It gives you the pleasure of enjoying things your way. It’s quite fulfilling, though might look awkward initially. Go out alone for movies, for coffee, lunch, shopping, exploring new places or just sitting lazy in a hangout with your fag and book.
- Being alone gives you the freedom to pursue things your way. You enjoy being completely selfish and make no compromises about what you do or how you do it. Trust me ask some corporate guy how it feels to be just yourself!
- Being alone gives you the possibility to explore the wildest side of you. These impulses doesn’t have to be your whole life. You can contain it to just a small part of you to feel alive.
- Being alone gives you time to move within and explore your spiritual meaning to life. You can volunteer your time for a cause you believe in and offer gratitude to life for all what it has offered you.
Being Alone is your Self Journey!
Being alone doesn’t means sequestering yourself from the world. It means being comfortable in your skin and confident enough to know that you can choose your possibilities and survive your challenges. You are confident in your decisions because you know your inner voice.
You make people part of your journey but don’t hold them back from their course of life. You make them part of your happiness but you are not dependent on them for your happiness. You want them to be there with you to be part of your inner dreams but not to limit them of their horizon.

The meaning of Om Tare Mantra (Tara Mantra) is greater than words can express. The words can only point rather vaguely in the direction of the meaning. The word-name Tara is variously interpreted to mean Shining Star, Liberator, Rescuer, Savior, or One Who Ferries Across. A traditional explanation of the mantra is that it uses variations of the name Tara to represent three progressive stages of deliverance or salvation.
