Ten Things that Keeps You Happy

Being happy is a state to be free of expectations and to be liberated from within for a boundless life.

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard accordingly, and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature.

Ten Things that Keeps You Happy

  1. Find a true purpose.
We all want to be happy in life but when we have no purpose to our living, we tend to lose our perspective and we become unhappy, stressed, depressed, alone.
  2. Live your life your way.
Life is not about how many things we have collected or how much money we’ve accumulated, what counts is those micro joys that weave themselves in and out of our lives on a daily basis but often went unnoticed in the busyness of life.
  3. Eat Joyfully!
To live healthy, long life, eat just a little of everything with relish. Eat a wide variety of foods, especially fruits and vegetables. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Eat more of fresh plant-based food. Moderate your unhealthy eating habits.
  4. Be with real people.
Have friends around you. Enjoy the company of the people you love, and who love you back. Don’t waste your time in the virtual world.
  5. Make yourself feel special.
Life is not about proving yourself to others. Get rid of all the pressures, competition, culture and everything else and just be yourself.
  6. Stop Overthinking!
Stop working yourself into knots. The outcome will be what it will be. Worrying and overthinking won’t change it. Have faith and trust in the power of divine timing.
  7. Accept the limitations.
The best way to free yourself from limiting things is to accept their limitations and keep doing the best out of what’s possible. This liberates you truly.
  8. Stop judging!
Everyone is born with flaws. Don’t waste your time finding mistakes in others and don’t waste your time with people who always find flaws in you.
  9. Embrace your share of happiness.
Your happiness depends on you. Don’t expect someone else to give it to you. grab your joys and live your moments.
  10. Prioritize your needs.
It might feel selfish until you practice it and see how it changes the relationships in your life. Showing up for yourself empowers you to do a better job of showing up for the people you love.
