Anger – An Expression of an Inner Vulnerability!

Anger - An Expression of an Inner Vulnerability!

We often suppress our frustrations. This creates a lot of pent up emotions inside us! Expressing our inner rage helps us feel better. But this rage at times does damage to the outer world that exists around us.

But at the first place I wonder why even this anger manifests in us. Maybe we are born to live with utmost freedom, but society has defined certain norms and forced too many rules on us. When we can’t abide by those rules and norms, we feel defeated.

The unreal approach towards life and associating too much moral values around our actions has somewhere suffocated us to an extent that we forget to breathe.

This mental conditioning of our mind works against what we feel and experience in real life. When we don’t understand how to comprehend what we feel and what we should do, we keep fighting our inner battles alone. At times this gets too accumulated if there is no way to vent that out.

Our Inner world is very different from the outside world. The anger is an expression of rage of the battle that our inner self fights with the outside ecosystem.

We need to channelize our emotions and don’t feel isolated, or ashamed of what we feel. Our feelings are the reflection of our inner world. Validate those feelings and do what you feel is right for you. No-one can define right or wrong for you as there is nothing that exists is right or wrong.

Don’t suffer in silence. Give voice to your emotions. Stand for your viewpoints. Validate your emotions. Live your life on your terms. No one makes us angry. It is our barriers and our inner rage which reflects our anger on situations and people.

People can tell you to manage your anger but the right understanding gives you the perspective of what you are missing or sacrificing that is making you angry. Give up on those conditions. Permit yourself to be free and express your true self. Be yourself, find reasons to be happy. Find your joys of life and live for an optimistic life that everyday creates are new enthusiasm to face the world with utmost happiness.

I realized this gift of expression as an opportunity to explore my best side. A new dimension to life and its value system. We can be respectful to others values and thoughts but at the same time we surely can live for our right to be happy in life.

Practice meditation, involve in some real activities that give you happiness, be curious about life and how it unfolds so many new perspectives when you decide to change your perspective about life.

I had found relief by releasing, inspiring and exhilarating to the real side of me. Hope you get your perspective and reason to release your inner rage and be happy with your inner peace.
